1.General

i.Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of our information, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions, and reserve the right to vary, amend, supplement or cancel any of the information or offers at any time.

ii.These terms and conditions apply to all guests of the hotel using whatsoever service or facility

iii.The hotel’s name, telephone number, facsimile number, email address, logo or website address must not be used in any advertising or publicity without the express prior written consent of the hotel’s manager.

iv.Personal information is processed in accordance with local law and is not sold to third parties.

 

2.Website information

i.The Hotel cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to cancel, amend or vary the details featured in this website without notice. The information contained in this website is provided in good faith. The use of any information from this website is entirely at the risk of the user. The Hotel will not be liable for any costs, losses, expenses or damages (whether direct or indirect, special, economic or financial) that may be incurred through the use of any information contained in this website or in any other website linked to this website.

 

3.Prices

i.All published rates include VAT or local service charges at the current rate.

ii.The Hotel reserves the right to alter prices for any reason up to 1 week prior to your reservation. After such time, prices may only be altered to reflect a change in the rate of VAT or local service charge and taxes or for any other reason outside of the control of the Hotel, in which case the changes will be notified to the Client. In the latter event, the Client may cancel the booking without cost.

iii.The hotel reserves the right to amend prices, if deemed necessary, for bookings taken in advance of three months. However, we will inform our customers if this should arise

 

4.Availability

i.All rooms, rates, menus, services and facilities offered by the Hotel are subject to availability and the discretion of the Hotel manager. Limited numbers of suitable rooms may be allocated to individual rates, packages or promotions and, when these allocations are taken up, remaining available rooms may be offered to the Client at a higher price. The hotel reserves the right to alter menus to suitable replacements should this be required.

 

5.Bookings

i.Guests may book in advance or on arrival. Rooms are subject to availability and the Hotel reserves the right to refuse any booking for good reason. Bookings must be guaranteed by a major credit or debit card, by payment of a deposit or by agreement in writing with a company, travel agent or hotel booking agency. At the discretion of the Hotel, or for some packages, full pre-payment may be required. At least 3 working days are required to process credit and debit card payments and 5 working days to process cheque payments. Credit card details are stored securely in accordance with PCI compliance regulations.

ii.Bookings will not be honoured unless such details are provided. Credit/debit cards must be valid on or beyond your booking date.  

 

6.Check-in and Check-out Times

i.Guests may check-in at any time from 3.00 p.m. on day of arrival. If a guest has not checked-in by 7.00 p.m., the Hotel is entitled to re-let the room unless the guest has notified the Hotel that he/she will be arriving late. Should a guest require a check-in time after 10 p.m. the hotel must be notified before 12 noon on the day of arrival and an additional charge may be incurred at the discretion of the management

ii.There may be occasions, at times of high demand, when our Clients can check in and use all the hotel facilities, but the bedroom is still being prepared. The hotel may offer early check in, however this cannot be guaranteed.

iii.Bedrooms are to be vacated by 11.00am on the day of departure. Failure to vacate on time will result in a charge of £10.00 per hour or part thereof, being made. Bedrooms booked must be cancelled by 12.00 noon the day prior to arrival. Failure to comply will result in a 100% charge for the first night of payment

 

7.Payment

i.Settlement of the bill in full, less any advance payments must be made prior to departure from the Hotel. Upon arrival the Hotel reserves the right to request preauthorization of the Client’s credit or debit card or where payment is to be by cash, request the Client to place cash up to an amount of 1.5 times the room rate multiplied by the number of nights booked.

 

8.Cancellation

i.All cancellations must be made in accordance with our cancellation terms.

 

ii.Reservations can be cancelled by 12 noon 48 hours prior to arrival. In the event of non-arrival or cancellation within 48 hours of the time of arrival, any deposit paid is non-refundable and the agreed rate of the first night’s stay will be charged. Normal terms of payment apply to these charges. For this purpose the Hotel reserves the right to set-off the amount payable for such cancellation against the Client’s credit card without prior notice or approval of the Client, where applicable.

iii.Whilst every effort is made to fulfill any particular requests which you may have in relation to your stay with us, we cannot unfortunately guarantee that we will be able to meet any particular requests which you may make and our failure in this regard will not constitute a breach of contract.

In the unlikely event that we have to change or cancel your reservation, we reserve the right to do so.

iv.Where the booking permits, any change to the arrival date, departure date or room type of the reservation is subject to the hotel’s availability at the time the change is requested and may result in a possible rate change

 

9.Right of refusal

i.The Hotel reserves the right to refuse a guest entry and accommodation if, on arrival, management reasonably considers that the guest is under the influence of drink or drugs, is unsuitably dressed or is behaving in a threatening, abusive or otherwise unacceptable manner

 

10.Disturbance  

i.The Hotel reserves the right to judge acceptable levels of noise or behavior of clients, guests or representatives, who must take all steps for corrective action as requested by the Hotel. In the event of failure to comply with management requests, the Hotel may terminate the booking or stop any event immediately without being liable for any refund or compensation.

 

11.Hotel Rules

i.Guests shall comply with all reasonable rules and procedures in effect at the Hotel, including but not limited to health and safety and security procedures and statutory requirements as to registration

ii.be brought into the Hotel or Hotel grounds by Clients, their guests or representatives for consumption or sale on the premises without the express written consent of the Hotel and for which a charge may be made by the Hotel.

iii.The hotel operates a no pet policy. Only guide dogs shall be allowed

iv.Children under the age of 14 must be supervised by an adult guest at all times

 

12.Loss and liability

i.Guests must report any loss of or damage to their property immediately on discovery to an appropriate staff member, and shall make themselves available to assist with any reports made by the Hotel to the police

ii.Guests shall not enter areas of the Hotel which are indicated as private. The Hotel shall not be responsible for death, personal injury or loss or damage to property suffered by a guest in such areas

iii.The Hotel shall not be liable to a guest for any loss or damage to property caused by the misconduct or negligence of a guest or an Act of God, or where the guest remains in exclusive charge of the property concerned

iv.The Hotel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing any of its obligations under this Agreement if the failure or delay was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control, including (without limitation) war or threat of war, civil or political action or disturbance, riot, natural disaster, fire, epidemic, bad weather, terrorist activity (threatened or actual), military activity, governmental or regulatory action, industrial dispute, act of God, failure of power or machinery, failure of or interruption in externally provided services and utilities, and all similar events outside the Hotel’s control

v.Whilst all reasonable efforts have been taken by the Hotel to ensure that bookings made under this Agreement are able to proceed, the Hotel reserves the right to relocate any booking to another hotel of similar size and standard in the locality. The Client acknowledges that the Hotel accepts no liability for any loss or damage suffered by or caused to the Client in consequence of the relocation of the Client

vi.The Hotel is not liable for any loss or damage caused to a guest’s vehicle, unless caused by the Hotel’s wilful misconduct

vii.Guests will be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury they may cause at the Hotel. Any damages or loss of hotel to/of hotel property will result in charges. For this purpose the Hotel reserves the right to set-off the amount payable for such cancellation against the Client’s credit card without prior notice or approval of the Client, where applicable

viii.The hotel operates a no smoking policy. Guests failing to comply will incur a minimum charge of £50 to allow a deep clean of the room to remove the odour. The hotel reserves the right to automatically apply this charge to the credit/debit card provided.  Designated smoking areas have been allocated within the hotel grounds – please enquire upon check in. We appreciate your co-operation with this No Smoking Policy

 

13.Car parking

i.The Hotel has its own car park, which is free for residents use.

 

14.Credit Card Details  

Credit card details are entered on a secured page and are transferred using SSL or another technology. We are using high security levels SSL and other technology to protect credit details of our customers and we will not sell your data to third parties. We accept 3D Secure transactions.
