Why not join us on our hugely popular 3 day wine course at Chapters Hotel. Over the 3 consecutive Mondays we will cover grape growing, wine making, food and wine matching and all the main wine styles and regions. The course fee of £295 is inclusive of all books and an end of course exam (the exam is optional). With a 94% pass rate and over 100 students a year the chances are you will also gain a qualification as well.
The Chapters kitchen team will be on hand to make sure that we can experiment with food and wine matching and lunch, with wine of course, is included in the course fee. Your tutor will be Karen Hardwick, voted one of the top 10 wine educators in the world in 2009.
WSET Foundation Spirits Course, 7th June
Do you love whisky, rave about rum and are tempted by Tequila? Whatever your tipple, straight, mixed, on the rocks or in a cocktail we are sure to find something that you love on our 1 day spirits course. Find out how spirits are made, the main styles and taste your way through a range including spiced rums, malt whiskies, Cognac and Armangnac. Course fee £125 inclusive of all notes, samples lunch and optional end of course exam.
