These 6 classically styled rooms are spread over two floors and each room is individually furnished to match the style of the room. Each room hosts an array of beautiful prints of local countryside photographed by Joe Cornish and are tastefully decorated to a high standard.

Rooms 8 & 9 offer the facility of a family room, with the availability of an extra bed for children aged 3 – 14 years old at £15.00 per night per bed. All ensuites in the double rooms offer the facility of a bathtub with overhead electric shower.

Full English Breakfast is served in the restaurant and the opening times are Monday to Friday 7am to 9am and on Saturday & Sundays 8am to 10am (Bank Holidays revert to the weekend timings). Rooms are available from 3pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.

Gourmet Night Special	£149.00 per room per night (£124.15 exc. VAT)

Sunday Rate	£60.00 per room per room (£50.00 exc. VAT)
	£50.00 single occupancy (£41.67 exc. VAT)

Extra Beds
Single z-beds are available for use in the EXECUTIVE ROOMS and DOUBLE ROOMS no 8 & 9. The beds are specifically for use for Children age 3 – 14 years and are at a cost of £15.00 per night.

For this week only any room bookings taken from Monday to Sunday will be charged at a special rate of £50 per room per night. This will be a Room Only rate as the restaurant is closed for this week due to the annual Fair which takes place in Stokesley – please ring for more details
