Meet The Team
Tonio Camilleri, Hotel & Accounts Manager
Tonio organises and maintains the accounts for the hotel. His knowledge of business spans decades, with him owning his own store in his home country in Malta. Tonio enjoys the finer things in life especially Wine – his love of Wine shone through when he undertook the WSET Wine Course, achieving a merit! Tonio also holds a Personal Licence for the Hotel and has had Fire Warden Training.
Rachel Power, Marketing & Events, HR & PA Support & Reception Manager
Rachel has worked at Chapters since 2005. Rachel’s eye for detail and efficient time management for events ensures all the Marketing & Functions are word perfect. Rachel’s education is to degree level and she has also undertaken a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Management at IGD.
Rachel is the main point of Contact for all Functions. Her role is to ensure that the guests have a superb day without any stress! Rachel ensures that all the functions are organised. She also looks after the Reception and Chambermaids making sure the staffing needs are sorted and the hotel is always looking it’s best!
Ian Turner, Senior Sous Chef
Ian has worked for Chapters since 2005, moving up through the ranks in the kitchen. Ian is involved in all aspects of the Restaurant in order to ensure the smooth running of Chapters, and keeps his finger firmly on the pulse for innovative recipes. Between Ian & Victoria, they run the Restaurant here at Chapters Hotel ensuring all our customers enjoy their time with us.
Diane Busuttil, reception
Diane has worked for Chapters since 2005. Her friendly & experienced nature puts guests at rest when making reservations for the hotel or restaurant. All receptionists undertake Computer training and NVQ level 1 & Level 2 in Customer Service. Diane, just like the rest of the Chapters team has also had Fire Warden Training
Aimee Robinson, Restaurant Duty Manager
Aimee has recently been promoted to her new role at Chapters Hotel. Her friendly & experienced nature shines through all the time she is working. Aimee is competent in all aspects of the reception and is currently learning new areas within the hotel, she has also undertook and passed the WSET Wine Course! Aimee is your first point of contact in the restaurant and working alongside Jordan, they ensure our guests have the dining experience to remember. Aimee also holds a Personal Licence for the Hotel.
Jordan Ward, Restaurant Duty Manager
Jordan is new to Chapters joining us in January this year. His friendly & experienced nature is evident all the time and is a great addition to our new and exciting team. Jordan is also one of the first points of contact in the restaurant and working alongside Aimee, they ensure our guests have the dining experience to remember. Jordan holds a Personal Licence for the Hotel.
