About Chapters
Whether you are staying overnight or for a few days in the hotel, Dining in our award winning restaurant and brasserie or Holding your dream wedding, we have everything to make your visit perfect.
Chapters is a favoured destination for many business travelers because of the hotel’s convenience location for the Tees Valley business community, and also perfectly situated for those who wish to spend a relaxing weekend amongst the beautiful countryside attractions, within 30 minutes you can be immersed in the dramatic landscapes of the North Yorkshire Moors.
Chapters is a wonderful listed building full of character, dating back some 250 years. It was the venue for the inaugural meeting of The Stokesley Agricultural Society back in 1859. We have kept the character of the original building and blended this with a modern feel with over £400,000 refurbishment since 2005.

The Hotel has 13 guest rooms each room has been continually updated to give each and every guest the enjoyable night’s rest that you deserve whether it is for business or for a weekend away.
All Rooms have plasma TVs with free-view channels and free internet WI-FI connection.

At Chapters Hotel the welcome is warm and friendly, emulating a truly exclusive ambience and together with the hotel’s professional attentive but unobtrusive service, the award winning restaurant and brasserie offer a sophisticated dining experience in a relaxed environment.
The restaurant and brasserie are the showcase for Award winning Head Chef Sean Wilkinson and his exceptional cuisine. He has the unique ability to par flavours, textures and temperatures. He serves modern British and Continental cuisine sometimes with a Molecular twist.

Chapters has won Restaurant of the Year at the Flavours of Hambleton in 2007 and 2008 and are winners of Restaurant of the Year (Special Occasion Category) at Yorkshire Moors and Coast Awards 2007 plus runner up 2008 and we have just been shortlisted for the 2009 Flavours of Hambleton Awards Restaurant of The Year.
